Cool! Puffle rescue is out! Here's the info:
First you'll need to go to the mine, and click on the bulletin board:
You can choose between three puffles to save:
Blue is for all players
Black is for members only
Pink is for members only

If you try to go into the third room here's the message you get, BTW it's a members only room:
So you are wondering where's the key? Here's how to find it:
1. Go to the bulletin board
2. Play on the black puffle mode
3. Play the 1st level
4. Follow the giant squid
5. The squid will make bubbles behind it. Jump on the bubbles (this took a while for me to beat)
6. The bubbles will lead you here:
Click on the staircase that's circled. You will get this sign:
Click the enter button, and enter. Then grab the key:
Now you can get into the underwater room through the other side!
