Here are the cheats for Club Penguin Mission 4: Avalanche Rescue

You will end up in HQ. Talk to Gary, and get your mission.
Ask Gary where the life preserver shooter is. He will let you into the Gadget Room, and go inside.
Find the Life Preserver Shooter, and pick it up.
Go to Ski Lodge
Pick up a fishing pole
Put the fishing pole on the life preserver shooter.
Go to the Lighthouse
Look at the boat, and pick up the rope.
Put the rope on top of the life preserver shooter.
You have now made a device to pull the penguins out of the hill!
Go up to the Beacon.
This is tricky. Take out your spyphone, and click on the flashing light. It will show you three tools. Click on the wrench, and use the bottom whole on the wrench to unscrew the telescope. Put it in your dock.
Go to the Sports Shop
Click on the model with the pants and the belt. Click on the belt. (optional 1st part)
Go up to Gary's Room
Put the telescope on the tripod near the window.
Look through the telescope. It will give you a view of the mountain.
Memorize, or write down the path of the way to the tubers. Answers will vary.
Go to Ski Village
Click on the penguin crying. He wants to fix the ski lift. Take the belt, and click on the thing that's broken. He will thank you. (optional 2nd part)
Click on the tuft of fur near the ski lift. (optional 3rd part)
Go up Ski Hill
Now it's time to test your skills. Remember the view of ski hill? Well you better have wrote down the way cause now you need it!
Make you way down Ridge Run.
Once you have found your way down, there is a broken fence. Take the Life Preserver Shooter contraption out of your dock, and click on the hole in the broken fence.
This part is fun. Get the penguin on the tree-type thing first. Break the stick on the right, and get the penguin beneath it. Put the penguin back down on the tree-type thing. Get the penguin under the tree-type thing. Get the penguin on the tree-type thing. Put all of the penguins on the ledge with the boulder. The penguin on the bottom will get bumped up a ledge. Take all three penguins, and grab the penguin on the bottom. You have all four pengins!
Put the life preserver shooter contraption back in your dock.
Talk to Gary.
Say yes I found a tuft of white fur (if you decided to pick it up)
Give the white fur to Gary. Get medal, letter and gift
