Hmmm... If I could make a party I would probably make a party where it would be Club Penguin Beach style! There would be surfing, limbo, tree houses, sand castle contests, and basicly anything tropical. The free item would be a coconut cup thingy majiger....

If i could create a new room in Club Penguin, it would be a secret room there would be a secret entrance beside the ninja hideout. Inside,there would be little pool looking things in there and when you step in them you would be taken to an amazing underwater place where there is fish and underwater creatures everywhere. To get pout of there, there would be a little drain thing you step on to leave.When you get back in that room there would also be a roller coaster and when you get on it you are in a tube roller coaster thing. When you are done riding the roller coaster it would automatically take you out of it. And the whole purpose of this room would be like a theme park. That room would be used just to relax and have fun.
if i could create a new room in club penguin, it would be a ice cream shop at the plaza.inside ,there would be a ton of ice cream cones, ice cream furniture, and you can buy ice cream there!!! there would be an ice cream secret hideout in an ice cream cone and you can go inside and there would be an ice cream snowman. to get out of the ice cream cone you have to click the snowmans eye! To get out of the ice cream shop you have to go out the back and you will be in the snow forts. the whole purpose of this room is that you can actually buy food there and have fun with ice cream. the room would be used just to eat and play with friends!!! :-}
If I could create a new room in Club Penguin, I would create a Mall. It would be located at the Plaza, and you would be able to trade items and coins with other players, donate items you did not want, which other players can take, but once it is taken, nobody else can take it back. At the mall, there would be a Community Notice Board where people could post if they were hosting parties, and people could ask questions and get answers. Also, the Community Notice Board would say the newest member that joined Club Penguin. There would be seats and tables, and if you threw a snowball, it would come out as a random shopping item, such as a high heel, or purse, or leather shoe! =D In the mall, there would also be a museum that would display all of Club Penguin's epic items, such as the party hats, and the first ten pins, etc. No one would be able to take them, or anything, but they would be on display for everybody to look at. And last, but certainly not least, there should be a Candy Store. If you throw a snowball, you will throw colored jellybeans. There will be a catalog on display for penguins to buy candy for their penguin (you can hold it, like you would a lollipop). There would also be a minigame in the Candy Shop where you have to make sticks of cotton candy for hungry penguins. They would start out coming slow, and if you were doing well, and getting lots of customers, they would come faster and faster (kind of like Pizzatron 3000) LOL!
Ahahha... I have had so many ideas for new rooms But my favourite one of them is going to be an Airfield. Yup penguins cant fly but they can sure use a plane to fly :P It would be so fun to have an airfield in club penguin island. Although there will probbably never be one because of the jet pack, but airplanes are cool too i guess. Anyway there should be a new game on the airfield where u also get to fly a plane. And ofcourse there should be a catalog for pilot costumes and stuff like that. Also if the club penguin team decide to ever reveal rockhopper island there should defeniatly be an airfield. Imagine going there taking a plane for a few coins and going to rockhopper island (a tottaly new and diffirent world just like club penguin island) then club penguin would really be something diffirent. God now that I think about it if I got to apply for work in disney I think they might aprove this idea :) Well yes that is my room suggestion :P Or more like a new world suggestion :D

if there was a room it could be a secret room and the enterace is in the EPF command in thw teleport there would be a door and it would be full of items that u can unlock by getting the excact item as in the epf phone u must ulonck a suit to enter and when u enter its full of free rare items but they must be at least 100c so it would be a rare room and all minigames in there.
if i can make another room i will make th largest treehouse next the recycling center ever it will have popcorn room and pool ( it will be a zero degree pool ) but sadly i dont have any cpl account. =(
