Here are the cheats for Club Penguin Mission 3: The Case of the Missing Coins

Talk to the green penguin with a propeller cap. Ask him to close the vault and open it. He can't.
Go upstairs, and look underneath the couch. Grab the CD ROM, and the paper clip.
Go to the computer and put the CD ROM in, and click the on button. Let it boot.
Click my files. Click combination number. Write down the combination number(recommended)
Go down to the vault door and plug in the code, and click "confirm". If you did this right, the door should open. NOTE: numbers will vary.
Take a look around the vault. Click the coins on the ceiling.
Gary's calling! Click your spyphone, and return to HQ to watch the discovery.
Click G and watch the discovery.
Talk to G again... he will say try the rooftop, but it might be locked... click the drawer and find the key marked "Rooftop". The keys are in code. Just look for the key that is square at the top and has seven letters, or symbols, that is a tan color.
Take the brown key and go to the giftshop office, and try the key in the door. It should fit, if not you have the wrong key.
Woah what is that? see the "powa box" take out the wrench from your spyphone ( Click the beeping red light, and click the wrench), and put it on the bolts on the "powa box". After you're done with the wrench, put it inside your spyphone by clicking on it. Then have a look inside the "powa box".
Take out the paper clip, and let it fly inside the power box. Before you leave, click on the white tuft of hair stuffed inside the vent on the left.
Go down to the vault, and go inside... click on the money.
Go to G
Talk to G. Report your findings and give him the white tuft of hair.
OPTIONAL: if you want another small mission click yes when G asks you to do it. If you want to do it, go to the blueprints of the island on your right, and pick up the light. Then go to the town. If you don't want to click no, and receive your medal.
Click on the crying penguin. Go inside the Night Club, and click on your light. Find the speaker on the right, and go inside to the Boiler Room.
Go to the left until you find the fuse box, and click on it.
This is the tricky part. Click on the light bulb thingies until all of them are green. I advise you to look at the instructions,it gives you more information. This involves patience, and tinkering around.
Once the power is back on report to G. Get medal and Card.
