If you go up to the Beacon and look at the telescope there's Rockhopper!

But do you know WHY he's coming? Because of this:

Yup its the SETUP FOR THE FALL FAIR! He's coming for that! Perfect time to get my  Rockhopper Stamp!

Also have you knowticed the log in screen? Take a look:

Look at the two items.One of them looks like a free item last year but instead of black and purple, its red and yellow. Here's the old hat like that:

The second item is a balloon hat... could this be another item??? This has never been avalible yet :)
